Terms of Contract

The following cancellation conditions apply if the booked period is not resold elsewhere:

For the hotel:

From the 28th day before arrival: 30%
From the 21st day before arrival:  40%
From the 14th day before arrival: 50%
From the 7th day before arrival:  80%

For the apartments / parts of the house:

From the 84th day before arrival: 80%

• Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
• We strongly recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
• If the rental is made impossible or disproportionately difficult due to force majeure or other unforeseeable events (e.g., floods, storm, and fire damage, etc.), the Hotel is entitled to terminate the contract without notice. Claims for damages by the tenant are excluded.
• We guarantee the room from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, at the latest.
• On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
• The city tax is not included in the price. On site you will receive city tax cards for the duration of your stay, which will be billed at the hotel.

These conditions are the basis of the reservation.
